1Who we are

Carolina Business Innovations is a name used by Alpha CRE Solutions LLC, a company in Charlotte, North Carolina. We build websites for local businesses in North and South Carolina.

2What we collect, and why

• When you visit this site: we don't set cookies, and we don't use analytics or ad trackers. Cloudflare, our host, sees your IP address and browser details on every visit, so it can send you the page and keep the site safe.
• Live Google reviews: a few shop pages show a business's recent Google reviews. They come from Google through our server, which passes on nothing about you. To stop abuse, we count each IP address's requests for one minute, through Cloudflare. We don't store your IP address or the reviews. The reviewers' photos load straight from Google.
• When you call, text, email or meet us: your phone number or email address, your name, and what you tell us. If we visit your shop, we note who we spoke with and what to follow up on. We use this to answer you and to do what you ask.
• If you become a customer: your name, your business's name and contact details, your signed agreement, and the photos and words you give us for your site. We also use your business's details to register its web address in its name. We use all of this to build and run your site and to bill you.
• When you pay: you pay on Stripe's secure page. Stripe tells us your name, your email, what you paid and whether it went through. We never see or store your full card number.
• Public business information: to build a preview site for a business, we use public facts about it: its name, address, phone number, hours, and its public Google rating and reviews. Preview pages are kept out of search engines.

3The services we use

These companies handle information for us, each under its own privacy policy:

• Cloudflare hosts this site, forwards email sent to help@, and registers our customers' web addresses. It handles your IP address and visit details to deliver pages and block attacks, and it keeps its own logs. Cloudflare's privacy policy
• Google runs our phone line and our inbox. Our number is a Google Voice number, so Google carries our calls and texts, and email to help@ arrives in a Gmail inbox. Some pages also load a Google map, fonts from Google, or a business's Google reviews. Your browser then connects to Google, which sees your IP address and may set its own cookies. 4We don't sell your information

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We share it only with the services above, so they can do their part, or when the law requires it.

5Text messages

If you text us, we use your number only to talk with you about your business and your site. We don't sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing. Reply STOP to opt out, and we'll stop texting you.

6How long we keep things

• Visits: we keep nothing. The one-minute count of review requests is gone after a minute. Cloudflare and Google keep their own records under their policies.
• Calls, texts and emails: while we're talking or working together. Ask, and we'll delete them, unless we need them for the records below.
• Your agreement and payment records: as long as tax and business record rules require.
• Your site's photos and words: while your site is live. If you cancel, we send you a copy of your site's files, and we delete ours when you ask.

7Your choices

Email help@carolinabusinessinnovations.com or text (980) 355-9447 to:

• see the information we have about you;
• correct it;
• delete it, except records we must keep for taxes;
• stop our texts, calls or emails;
• take down a preview site we made of your business.

8Children

This site is for business owners. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent us information, tell us and we'll delete it.

9Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. This version takes effect October 20, 2026.
