1The Storefront Launch

• A one-page website for your business, starting from the preview we showed you, with one round of your changes before it goes live.
• Your own web address (domain), registered in your business's name, with the first year included.
• Your own photos in place of the preview's samples or placeholder.
• Your live Google rating and recent reviews, and the line "N+ five-star Google reviews", worked out from Google's rating and count (with your tick in section 6).

When you pay: nothing before you approve your site to go live. The $500 (or $1,000 for the Annual option) is due when you approve it, by card through a Stripe payment link.

2The Keep-It-Fresh Plan

• Hosting: we keep your site online. If something on it breaks, we fix it at no charge.
• Small edits: hours, phone, services, prices, photos and short text on your page, done within 3 business days of your request.
• Your domain renewal from year two, while the plan is active.
• The price: $99 a month, renewing each month until you cancel. Billing starts in month 7 with The Storefront Launch, whose $500 includes the first six months, or in month 13 with the Annual option. We bill it monthly to your card through Stripe.
• The plan starts the day your site goes live. Cancel anytime by text or email, with no fee. The plan runs to the end of the paid month; we don't refund part of a month.

3The Annual option

• $1,000, paid when your site goes live, covers The Storefront Launch and 12 months of The Keep-It-Fresh Plan.
• From month 13, the plan continues at $99 a month; cancel anytime.
• After the guarantee's 30 days, paid months aren't refunded. If you cancel during the year, your site stays up until the 12 months end.

4Included at no extra charge

• The Google Profile Tune-Up: we set your Google Business Profile's hours, categories and website link, so people who find you on Google can tap through to your site. You give us access, or we walk you through it.
• The Review Booster: a counter card with a QR code to your Google review page.
• The QR Card Pack: 250 business cards with your logo. The front has a QR code to your website, or to a promo page you pick. The back says "Loved your visit? Leave us a review", with a QR code to your Google review page.

5Our guarantee

Pay nothing until it's live on your own web address. Don't love it in the first 30 days? I refund the $500. Annual option: full $1,000 refund within 30 days.

Ask by text or email within 30 days of the day your site goes live. We refund you, cancel the plan and take the site down; the domain stays registered to you.

6Photos and reviews: your permission

Photos. You confirm you own, or have permission to use, every photo you give us or ask us to use from your Google or social media pages, and that anyone recognizable in them agreed to be shown (a parent or guardian for anyone under 18). You let us use those photos on your website. Photos we take for you are yours to use on your website and social media.

Tick what you agree to:

• Yes, you may use the photos I send you on my site.
• Yes, show my live Google rating and recent Google reviews on my site. They are Google's own display, credited to Google.
• Yes, you may quote my reviews on my site, with the reviewer's first name only.
• No reviews on my site.

You can take back any permission at any time, and we remove it as a small edit.

7What you own

• Your domain is registered to your business. We hold it in our Cloudflare account while you're on the plan, and move it to you whenever you ask or if you cancel.
• Your content is yours: your business name, logo, photos and the words about your business.
• If you cancel, your site comes down at the end of your last paid month, and we send you a copy of its files so you can put it up anywhere.

8Not included

Online ordering, booking, extra pages, an online store, logo design and ads. If you want any of these, we quote it first, and no work starts until you say yes.

9The fine print, in plain words

• Our liability. If anything goes wrong with your site or our service, the most we owe you is what you've paid us.
• We don't promise search rankings, calls or sales.
• North Carolina law applies.
• This page is the whole agreement. Any change has to be in writing; text or email counts.
