- Can I get my money back?
- Yes, in the first 14 days after your site goes live. Text or email me and I refund what you paid, less any card processing fee I can't get back and your domain's registration fee. I cancel the plan with no early-exit charge and take the site down; the site and its files stay with me. Your domain stays registered to you.
- What if I cancel later?
- Text or email me. After the first 12 months there's no fee: the plan runs to the end of the month you paid for, and I don't refund part of a month. The 12-month commitment is required: leaving early means we keep billing until month 12 (the next answer). On Annual, paid months aren't refunded after the first 14 days, and your site stays up until the 12 months end. After your first 14 days, your site's files are yours: when it comes down, I send you a copy of its files and move your domain to you. The live Google reviews and edits stop.
- What does the monthly plan include?
- The Don't Worry About It Maintenance Plan covers hosting, fixes and small edits to your hours, prices and photos. Domain renewal fees are included. It's $99 a month with a 12-month commitment. The plan runs 12 months. If you cancel before then, we keep billing $99 a month until month 12. After that, cancel anytime. We reserve the right to make exceptions for early cancellations..
- Can you add my Google reviews?
- Yes. Your site can show your Google rating and recent reviews, live from Google and credited to Google.
- What areas do you serve?
- Charlotte, NC and the towns nearby: Matthews, Mint Hill, Huntersville, Concord, Gastonia, Rock Hill and Fort Mill. And Union County: Monroe, Indian Trail, Waxhaw, Stallings, Weddington, Wesley Chapel, Marvin, Wingate, Marshville, Unionville, Mineral Springs, Lake Park, Fairview and Hemby Bridge.
- Can drivers text me a photo of a warning light?
- Yes, if your number takes texts. Your site can add a Text button beside Call, so drivers can send you a photo of the light.
- Can my site list the electrical work I do?
- Yes, by the problem drivers notice: won't start, battery keeps dying, wiring and shorts, lights. Only the work you do goes on.
