More questions (7)
Can I get my money back?
Yes, in the first 14 days after your site goes live. Text or email me and I refund what you paid, less any card processing fee I can't get back and your domain's registration fee. I cancel the plan with no early-exit charge and take the site down; the site and its files stay with me. Your domain stays registered to you.
What if I cancel later?
Text or email me. After the first 12 months there's no fee: the plan runs to the end of the month you paid for, and I don't refund part of a month. The 12-month commitment is required: leaving early means we keep billing until month 12 (the next answer). On Annual, paid months aren't refunded after the first 14 days, and your site stays up until the 12 months end. After your first 14 days, your site's files are yours: when it comes down, I send you a copy of its files and move your domain to you. The live Google reviews and edits stop.
